Foothill Health in Orange County needed an experiential graphics partner to reimagine 44,000 square feet of big-box drab into an elevated health center experience through a refined approach and sophisticated products. Our aesthetic awareness and technical expertise made us an ideal choice to bring a hospitality-inspired vision to life. By entering at the earliest conversations, we were more than ready to collaborate and problem solve.
The result is an airy, light-filled, open space ready to improve the lives and serve the needs of the community while putting everyone at ease. Now, the neighborhood has access to a fuller experience and concierge-level care for a wide range of health needs.

Site Surveys
Only the most precise design and installation could bring all the interacting elements to fit together in a space this size. Surveys at Foothill Ranch provided dimensions and an understanding of the space, ensuring it all came together smoothly.
Experiential Graphic Design
A&D firm Boulder Associates trusted they could develop complex design concepts because previous experience working with us. Their experiential graphics approach integrated graphic components with the architectural elements. The result was dramatic wall graphics precisely positioned adjacent to third-party-provided laminate wall panels further enhanced with mounted dimensional lettering and logos. All design was created for a visual experience as seamless as it was layered.
Engineering
With design integration challenges accepted, our engineering team looked to make things a reality. Careful collaboration with the A&D firm ensured our products would integrate among the other design elements. The ask? Dimensional lettering and logos mounted to the laminate panels so that, after the wall panels are installed, it all has a clean, hardware-free look.
Manufacturing
One reason we manufacture most products in house? Design and engineering prep can only ever be as good as the execution. When it comes from us, precision fabrication of pieces built to the exacting standards means it all integrates with a cohesiveness only we can promise and deliver on.

Self-Adhesive Custom Wallcoverings | Amplify
Amplify self-adhesive wallcoverings can be customized to feature brand-enhancing imagery. For Foothill Ranch, black and white imagery of active people and nature were accented with colorized banks, line work and messaging in the lobby, corridors and waiting areas. In pediatric departments, similar themes of healthy living are explored with colorful, age-appropriate illustrations.
Dimensional logos and letters | Ethos
Ethos can be applied directly to integrated dimensional wall elements and panels. The result is powerful, on-brand messaging anywhere it's needed. With text in a satin silver, the resulting signage is contemporary and directly integrates with the aesthetic of the space.
Signage | Fusion
Fusion signage was the right choice for Foothill Ranch for several reasons. With satin silver and grey components, it complements the modern, spa-like space and creates continuity with other Takeform products, like Ethos. A comprehensive ADA sign system is an essential for a healthcare space. Coordinating restroom, stairwell and a full range of code-compliance signage help build confidence in the brand. Exceptional quality and durability mean Fusion is made to last, with replaceable inserts for room identification signage ensuring information stays up to date.
Notice holders | Additions
Healthcare spaces are dynamic by nature. Sharing new information fast is a necessity, but improvised signs bring clutter and confusion, not clarity. At Foothill Ranch, Takeform's Notice Holder provide a functional, efficient and aesthetic solution for temporary postings. Health notices, procedural updates, instructional information, new office locations and more are clearly and cleanly posted for easy viewing and quick comprehension. A variety of sizes and orientations are in use, all with a clear cover and magnetic fastener for ease of use.
Office inbox | Additions
Protecting patient information is a top priority for healthcare facilities. At Foothill Ranch, we leveraged our Additions Office Inbox, a privacy-focused version of our wall organizer that comes with a tall pocket panel to protect contents. Like all our organizers, it comes in the same endless range of materials. The brand's clean minimalism was reflected in a satin silver backer and pocket face in white.

Installation
In taking a soulless box-stop space from drab to fab, installation was the final moment of truth. To live up to the vision for the space, we had to live up to our reputation for excellence in installation. Wallcoverings, signage, and dimensional elements had to be precisely installed to integrate within the space.

Foothill Ranch is leading in a new way to perceive of healthcare. Through our Ownership Services program, we provide expert recommendations for wayfinding, signage, and graphics. Our ongoing partnership, which includes on-site reviews and support in replacing or adding needed signage keeps their brand healthy, too.
