Start with a right-fit site survey
Site surveys allow us to document and evaluate existing conditions to best consider the ideal path forward for a project and understand any work needed to get the site prepared. A standard survey includes site component photo-documentation, measurements and inventory on floor plans/site plans.
For projects with many sites or large sites, we may choose an interactive, 3D Matterport survey to save both time and money and eliminate repeat site visits. Using 360 panoramic views, these surveys provide a virtual walk-through experience and are capable of creating full architectural schematic floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and Revit Point Clouds with measurements within an inch.

For sites we're tasked to revitalize, we handle removal of all old brand elements including signage, brand graphics, flooring and furniture. Affected surfaces are then restored, including repairing wall damage, painting and preparing the wall for the new products.
